Title: Smoked Turkey & Raspberry Salad

1lbCooked smoked turkey
3/4cRaspberries, washed
3tbRaspberry vinegar
5tbOlive oil
1/2tsPrepared mustard
1 1/2cSalad greens
6 Scallions, trimmed and halved

Cut the turkey into slices. Put the raspberries, vinegar, oil and mustard into a pan, and heat gently for 2 to 3 minutes. Arrange the turkey, salad greens and scallions in a bowl. Pour the hot raspberry dressing over, and serve immediately.
